Bungalow Scout Bags
Today’s tip is a sneak preview of all of the cool things we’re going to bring you next week from a website called Daily Grommet. The Bungalow Scout collection of bags is kind of a marriage between the LL Bean classic tote and the BlueQ Shopper.
What’s not to like? Collapsible, cool fabric designs, and water-resistant material that wipes clean with reinforced handles — translation: you can load it up with stuff. They have a carry-all bag, which is called Four Boys because the owners sons used to all fit into it. Then there is the Junque Trunk also can do double duty and hold toys and other random sundries that kids and family members leave laying around. They also have an under the bed storage bag and while this is bad Feng Shui, shoving stuff under your bed should always be the last stop on the storage journey, it happens. Actually, if you visit their website they have a TON of coordinated offerings, magazine holders, file boxes, trash bins — yes trash bins, why couldn’t this company have existed when I went to college??
At first I was going to say that I think these totes are great for Classics with cross-over appeal to everyone. But, since it was Kate’s idea, and she’s an Organic Freedom, then that means it’s really for everyone.
