Find a Shoe that Fits

As the kind of person who hates to go shopping or talk to people online shopping was quite a wonderful discovery to me. A mental and physical time saver. It was the ideal solution for this busy (Introverted) Organic Freedom. The only caveat? Returning the stuff that doesn’t fit. Frankly no matter what I do, it takes me forever to return stuff, and I despise going to the post office, and if I have to return something well, it’s going to take me a while. So we usually counsel caution when onlin shopping for the types who aren’t as obsessd about checking stuff off their lists — Organic Freedoms, Smart Freedoms and Funs.

But when it comes to shoes? I have found the perfect site for EVERYONE. Why? Because, frankly I don’t understand how anyhone would want to wait around holding a dozen pairs of shoes in their hands for a salesperson to help you and then have them come back with shoes in the wrong size or wrong color (because they don’t have it in stock.) And then you can actually test out their comfortability in the comfort of your own home, try them on with different outfits? Sorry, but I can’t think of anything better than that, except perhaps a site that lets you wait a whole year to return or exchange them and then gives you a pre-paid UPS label send back what doesn’t work. Yeah. Not to mention going online to return them is the easiest process I have ever had the fortune to take part in on the Internet. 

So what is this most remarkable company? Zappos. And they’re actually a very cool company too. Meaning they treat their employees like humans with families and lives. But I’ve never actually had to talk to any of them, which of course is the point.
