Oh Tony, we hear your pain. We must be living in the first world to get upset by this, but boy does it bug people, us included. I can’t tell you how many glasses, both acrylic and glass have been broken by other’s incompetence. Or how many times I’ve come downstairs to the lovely smell of burning plastic in the morning. It’s even harder to get people to do this properly when there’s a reason they are incompetent. We once had married seminar participants who were both Smarts (NTs) and had an elaborate loading system based on making it easier for them to unload the dishwasher. Big picture thinking at it’s finest, especially if the end goal is to make unloading easier, but there are some logical downsides.
